Received MAI-75 SSTV 17:25 UTC April 15 2016  with Android Phone the software or apk is ROBOT36  as Decoder  and  handheld , I am Use cheap HT SMP468 with Vertical Antenna HyGain V2R 12m from ground  .. Max El is 8 deg
