Decode on same time from IQ record wav file 16:30 UTC April 15 2016 , decode with MMSSTV and  RXSSTV with same option sstv engine. Receiver use cheap R820 dongle ,HDSDR,Tracking ORBITRON, Antenna Duoband DK7ZB  , DIY masthead preamp
